AgileBA® is designed to offer valuable direction for all business analysts involved in an Agile environment, and other Agile professionals who need business analysis skills. Developed in partnership with the Agile Business Consortium – AgileBA certification demonstrates that you have the skills and expertise needed to be an effective business analyst working in an agile project team. The course consists of two qualification levels: Foundation and Practitioner, with an examination for each.

The Foundation AgileBA certification helps lay the foundations for successful agile projects. The Practitioner enables delegates to learn to apply and tailor the AgileBA approach to a given scenario.

Students should receive their courseware two weeks prior to the start date of the course. It is therefore encouraged that students read, and familiarize themselves with, the AgileBA® Handbook prior to the start of the course. Whilst attending the course students should also be prepared to complete evening work.

There are no mandatory prerequisites for the Foundation examination.

Pre-requisites accepted to be eligible to take the Practitioner examination:
